ご予約前の注意点
当日の最終有人チェックイン時間は22時までとなっております。お時間を過ぎる場合は必ずご一報ください。
The final check-in time on the day is until 22 o’clock. Please inform us when your time passes.
開店、チェックイン前の荷物は入り口向かって右側の木のドアの後ろに、ご自身の責任で置くことは可能です。
Before opening and checking in, luggage can be left behind the wooden door on the right side facing the entrance at your own risk.
4名・8名ドミトリーは、貸し切りなど、ご予約の兼ね合いで別のお部屋に変更になる場合があります。
4 and 8-person dormitories can be changed to other room due to reservations conflicts, such as a private reservation.
【貸切のご案内】
４名・８名ドミトリーをお仲間同士で貸切としてご利用もいただけます。ご希望のお客様はご相談ください。（貸切時は１６歳以下のお子様もドミトリーにご宿泊いただけます。）
4 and 8-person dormitories are available for private use by your friends. Please contact us for details. (Children under 16 years old can stay in the dormitory when the room is reserved for private use.)
現在、クライミングウォールはサウナに作り替えているためご利用いただけません。
The climbing wall is unavailable. It’s under construction to be crazy sauna.

キャンセルポリシー
＊５日前 : 50% ＊3日前 : 70% ＊2日前 : 100%
＊50% cancellation fee of the room or bed will be charged if you cancel your reservation 5 days prior to your reservation date.
＊70 % fare of the room or bed will be charged if you cancel your reservation 3 days prior to your reservation date.
＊100 % fare of the room or bed will be charged if you cancel your reservation 2 days prior to your reservation date.
6名以上の団体でのご予約の場合、ご予約日の1週間前からキャンセル料が発生致します。
Group booking (more than 6 people) 50% cancellation fee of the room or bed will be charged if you cancel your reservation 7days prior to your reservation date, and other than that it is the same as above.
